Job Responsibilities

 ​​​

• Make footprint as per IPC standards for through-hole and SMD components

• Manage PCB footprint library

• Component placement in layout as per the layout guidelines and mechanical requirements
  of size & shape

• Define proper layer stack-up

• Define rules as per layout recommendations

• Multilayer PCB layout routing as per component guidelines and EMI/EMC guidelines

• Plane cutting and DRC clearances

• Participating in design reviews with internal / client teams

• Interact with Fabrication and Assembly houses for DFM clearances

Requirements / Qualification

​

• Diploma/BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MSc in Electronics, Electronics & Telecom or equivalent

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MSc in Electronics, Electronics & Telecom or equivalent

• Relevant experience: 0 to 6 years

• Experience with multilayer PCB Layout design

• Proficiency in design software such as Altium or Mentor Graphics Xpedition/PADS or Cadence Allegro/OrCAD.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Experience with prototyping shall be an added advantage

• Effective analytical skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
