Ashok Jagatia
Ashok founded Acevin Solutions in 2007 and is the President and CEO. With over 30 years in Design & Engineering of complex electronic products and solutions, he has been instrumental in developing key solutions for various domains and industry verticals. He has expertise in domains including Industrial, Military, Automotive, Power Systems / Smart Grids, Telecommunications, Datacom, and Wireless Communications for global clients.
Prior to founding Acevin, Ashok led the engineering team for carrier class transport and access Optical Networking products at Abundance Networks. Ashok is well connected in the industry and is an active member of several engineering professional bodies. He is Past Chair of IEEE Bombay Section, Chair of Microwave Theory & Techniques Society Chapter of Bombay Section and Fellow of IETE.

Sneha Pai
Sneha leads the software development and engineering at Acevin Solutions with over 20 years in design and development of real time software, embedded systems, and device drivers on various platforms. Her expertise includes leadership of complex design projects from requirements through commissioning, including management of offshore and onsite teams.
Prior to Acevin, she worked at Harman International as Software Architect in the Connected Cars division. She worked in Infotainment, Industrial Automation, Telecom, Power Systems, IOT and Wireless. She is a member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE).
Abhay Phansikar
Abhay is a lead technical advisor with over 35 years experience in design & development of Embedded Solutions in Defense, Telecommunications, Data Processing and Control Systems. Some of the systems he developed include Mission Critical Military Grade Systems, Air Traffic Controller Simulator, Radar Tracking Systems, and Solutions for Mobile Technologies, In-flight Entertainment.
Prior to Acevin, Abhay held various roles including COO, VP in Outsourced Product Development, Group Head of Embedded and Mobility Computing, and Chief Technical Architect. He is well networked in the industry and currently holds the position of Chair, IEEE Bombay Section and Execom Member, IEEE India Council.
