Ashok has 18 years experience in development of electronic systems/products and solutions for various domains and industry verticals. His expertise includes conceiving and architecting real time projects, system/board design, Hardware/Software co-design, high-speed backplane designs, FPGA/PLD design, simulation and verification, system engineering and manufacturing.

Prior to founding Acevin, he was one of the founding members of start-up  Abundance Networks India (headquartered in CT, USA), company involved in development of products for Optical Networking. He was head of Systems and Hardware Design & Engineering and led the development of a family of carrier class transport and access systems on a generic platform for Optical Networking.  Prior to Abundance Networks, he led the engineering group of OSS Systems, an Offshore Design Center of OSS Corporation based in CT, USA

He began his career at R&D Laboratories of Tata Electric Companies (TEC), where he worked on development of ruggedized computers and mission critical systems for defense applications.

Ashok is active in professional bodies. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and currently holds the positions of Chair-Industry-Now (India), IEEE Communications Society & Secretary, IEEE Bombay Section. He is a Fellow of IETE (The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers).

Sneha Pai

Sneha has 11 years of experience in design and development of real time software, embedded systems, and device drivers on various operating systems, platforms and applications. Her expertise includes project management of multiple projects involving complete software life-cycle, from requirements capture till commissioning, including client management and offshore/onsite team management.

Prior to Acevin, Sneha worked for Abundance Networks, where she successfully led the software team to develop software for a family of SONET/SDH systems for Optical networking. This included development of embedded application software, embedded web server, SNMP based management modules of ADMs, Cross-connect and access systems. She was involved in regulatory approvals of systems by government agencies. Prior to Abundance Networks, Sneha was with Wipro Technologies where she worked on several embedded projects. 

She is a member of IETE (The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers).

S. Ranade

Mr. Ranade has over 20 years experience in prototyping. He has worked with high speed designs, signal integrity analysis and complex multilayer boards. His expertise includes pre-processing work related to the product development cycle like mechanical engineering, visualization, library management, standardization and documentation which are an inherent part of any design cycle.

He has worked on boards and systems for a large spectrum of applications ranging from telecommunications, networking, ruggedized systems, industrial automation, control systems, medical systems, power systems etc.

Dr. Madhukar V Pitke

Dr. Pitke is internationally recognized expert in the area of telecommunications and computer technology with over 40 years experience. As founder-director of Center for Development of Telematics (CDOT), he guided the development of digital switching technology that forms a significant portion of the Indian network. He also guided the development of a mobile digital switching system for defense applications. More recently he helped the development of soft switches, media gateways and signaling and protocol interfaces. His academic activities include working with academic and governing bodies of leading universities/institutions, promoting masters and doctoral programs. Dr Pitke has special interest in development of technologies, products and services based on innovative integration of the present and emerging technologies i.e. Internet, Cable, DSL, UPS, Smartcard, Voice Processing and Wireless.

Dr. Pitke is a Fellow of IEEE Indian Academy of Sciences and IETE. He was closely associated with AXES Technologies, (now Tech Mahindra R&D Services) a company specializing in telecommunications software and development of next generation network products. He is currently engaged in the design of an affordable, wireless based multi-service network for mass applications.

Abhay Phansikar

Mr. Phansikar has over 23 years experience in design & development of Embedded Solutions in Defense, Telecommunications, Data Processing and Control Systems. He has extensive experience of Product Development, Technical Marketing, Turnkey projects and Customer Management. Some of the systems he developed include Mission Critical Military Grade Systems, Air Traffic Controller Simulator, Radar Tracking Systems, and Solutions for Mobile Technologies, In-flight Entertainment. He has performed variety of roles which include COO, VP in Outsourced Product Development organization, Group Head of Embedded and Mobility Computing, Head Network Solutions Group, Head International Business Development and Chief Technical Architect. He started Swiss Operations and US operations for couple of Fortune 100 Indian IT companies.

A well networked person in the industry, his interests are in providing strategic directions to start-ups and growing organizations.
