Ashok has 25 years experience in Design & Engineering of complex electronic products and solutions. He has been instrumental in developing key solutions for various domains and industry verticals like Telecommunications, Datacom, Military, Industrial, Automotive, Power Systems / Smart Grids, Wireless Communications for domestic as well as international customers.
Prior to founding Acevin, as a founding member, he successfully built Indian operations of Abundance Networks India (headquartered in CT, USA), company involved with development of products for Optical Networking. He was head of Systems and Hardware Design & Engineering and led the development of a family of carrier class transport and access products on a generic platform for Optical Networking.
He began his career at R&D Laboratories of Tata Electric Companies (TEC) in India, where he worked on development of ruggedized computers, mission critical data processing and control systems for defense applications.
Ashok is well networked person in the industry and active in professional bodies. He is Past Chair of IEEE Bombay Section, Vice Chair, Microwave Theory & Techniques Society Chapter of Bombay Section and Fellow of IETE.
Abhay has over 30 years experience in design & development of Embedded Solutions in Defense, Telecommunications, Data Processing and Control Systems. He has extensive experience of Product Development, Technical Marketing, Turnkey projects and Customer Management. Some of the systems he developed include Mission Critical Military Grade Systems, Air Traffic Controller Simulator, Radar Tracking Systems, and Solutions for Mobile Technologies, In-flight Entertainment. Prior to Acevin, Abhay has performed variety of roles which include COO, VP in Outsourced Product Development organization, Group Head of Embedded and Mobility Computing, Head Network Solutions Group, Head International Business Development and Chief Technical Architect. He started Swiss Operations and US operations for couple of Fortune 100 Indian IT companies.
He is a well networked person in the industry and currently holds the position of Vice Chair, IEEE Bombay Section and Execom Member, IEEE India Council.
In career spanning over 35 years, Sanjiv has worked in Business Development, Sales & Marketing. An engineering & management graduate, he started his career in the Technology Industry in the Sales & Marketing function. He has worked the entire spectrum – Hardware, System Software, Packaged Software, Solutions, Web services and Services offerings. A specialist in formulating and implementing marketing strategies, Sanjiv is responsible for creating strategic tie-ups with customers, Business Development, Sales and Marketing. He also works with the team to come up with solutions mapped to customer’s requirements. While developing a large client base from SME to Fortune 500 companies, he also helped build innovative solutions like pricing process outsourcing, learning management, 3D films and embedded solutions.

Sneha has 18 years of experience in design and development of real time software, embedded systems, and device drivers on various operating systems, platforms and applications. Her expertise includes project management of multiple projects involving complete software life-cycle, from requirements capture till commissioning, including client management and offshore/onsite team management.
Prior to Acevin, Sneha worked for Abundance Networks, where she successfully led the software team to develop software for a family of SONET/SDH systems for Optical networking. This included development of embedded application software, embedded web server, SNMP based management modules of ADMs, Cross-connect and access systems. She was involved in regulatory approvals of systems by government agencies. Prior to Abundance Networks, Sneha was with Wipro Technologies where she worked on several embedded projects.
She is a member of IETE (The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers).
