HARDWARE DESIGN

We have extensive expertise high complexity, high speed hardware system and board designs. This includes designs for harsh environment, industrial and defense applications. We use the latest tools to produce multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCB) for prototypes and production units with expertise with ARM and FPGA architectures as well as DSP's and Motor controls.

RF WIRELESS

We have expertise designing various RF and wireless solutions and can assist our clients in selecting the right technology for their applications. We design multiple radio systems including Cellular, LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Zigbee, LoRa, Sigfox, RFID, NFC and custom radios including Software Defined Radios (SDR). We provide antenna design & simulation and pre-certification work for FCC standards.

EMBEDDED FIRMWARE

From creating specifications, to designing firmware architecture, to integrating & testing on custom hardware, our team ensures quality development. We have expertise including bare metal to RTOS, C/C++, Linux, Android and iOS, BSPs, APIs, and wireless protocols. We specialize in industrial protocols like CAN, Modbus, and standard protocols like Ethernet, TCP/IP, USB, RS485, RS422, RS232, UART.

FPGA DESIGN

Our skilled FPGA design team brings broad FPGA development expertise in the areas of signal processing, protocol implementation, high speed memory interfaces, complex algorithm implementation, nuclear instrumentation, IP core development. We help our clients with custom FPGA board designs and also to integrate our FPGA designs with existing hardware.

PCB SIMULATION, ANALYSIS & TESTING

We assist our clients with PCB analysis and simulation including environmental (shake & bake), EMI radiation, and thermal analysis. We do extensive work in signal integrity and power integrity. We can get your solution pre-certified for safety (UL, CE) and radiation (FCC, PTCRB) and assist in formal certifications. We also build custom test set-ups for end of line production tests.

PCB LAYOUT

Our highly skilled team of engineers have expertise for multilayer, high complexity, highly dense PCB designs. We have extensive experience in a wide variety of technologies including high speed designs, RF, DDR3/DDR4 memories, power supplies as well as right practices for DFM, EMI, SI and thermal analysis.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT & MOBILE APPS

In addition to developing software applications, we can develop industrial man-machine interfaces (MMI) and graphical user interfaces (GUI). We regularly build mobile applications on iOS and Android for connectivity to custom solutions. We can get your data from the device to the cloud so it can be analyzed for predictive analytics and performance dashboards.
